Cameras on the property for residents’ safety.

  1. Resident safety and well-being as a top priority for property management.
  2. The purpose of installing cameras on the property is to enhance security measures and provide a safer living environment for all residents.
  3. Cameras will be strategically placed in common areas, entrances, exits, parking lots, and other areas where surveillance is deemed necessary.
  4. Cameras will be used solely for security purposes, such as deterring criminal activities, monitoring potential safety hazards, and assisting in the investigation of incidents.
  5. Garden City Estates Assures that residents’ privacy rights will be respected and that the cameras will not be used to invade their personal spaces, such as inside their individual units or in private areas like bathrooms.
  6. Recorded footage will be treated as confidential information and will only be accessed by authorized personnel for security or investigation purposes.
  7. Report any concerns or incidents related to the cameras, including a designated contact person or department.
  8. Property management will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of surveillance cameras, including any local or state privacy laws.
  9. Residents are to notify the property management if they notice any malfunctioning cameras or if they have any suggestions or feedback regarding the camera system.
